Key Responsibilities (tasks that you do to achieve the accountabilities):

· Ensures company standards for quality and customer satisfaction are met or exceeded.

· Order supplies needed for maintenance and facility.

· Verify physical inventory for purchase orders or returns and communicate discrepancies to purchasing agent.

· Assist with documentation of PM’s, internal checks, EPA, Storm water, Air permit, and Paint usage.

· Assist with maintenance organization and restocking inventory items.

· Responding to and properly routing email, voice mail, mails, packages, and general inquiries.

· Assist with entering tasks, checklists, and templates into IQMS.

· Maintains the IQMS database for required tasks for the facility and equipment.

· Assist the team with updating maintenance and repairs performed in MRO database.

· Maintains clean workstation and continuously practices good housekeeping standards.

· Performs all other assignments as required.

Qualities for Success:

· High school diploma or GED Preferred

· Must have basic understanding of Microsoft Word and Excel

· Technical writing skills

· Basic English reading ability and comprehension

· Forklift certification or the ability to complete company provided training.

· Demonstrate the ability to work independently in a fast- paced environment and self-directed to accomplished daily tasks, projects, and issues that arise.

· Excellent verbal and written communications with the ability to utilize these skills to effectively solve problem-solve changing priorities.

Physical & Mental Demands:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit (using a computer), reach with hands and arms, and talk or hear. The employee is also regularly required to stand and walk. The employee might occasionally lift and/or move up to 15-20 pounds.

Work Environment:

This position is often required to conduct business on the manufacturing floor. While performing the duties of this job, the employee may work near moving mechanical parts and could be exposed to chemical or electrical shock risk. The employee is occasionally exposed to fumes or airborne particles, extreme heat, and noise levels that are typically moderate
